Turtlebay Condos Policies:
1. Minimum occupancy for our standard condos are at a two night minimum except from December 20th to January 4th - a one week minimum occupancy. Some of the deluxe condos have a minimum occupancy of 4 nights. 2. All rates are taxable at a rate of 13.962% (Hawaii State Sales Excise Tax and Transit Accommodation Tax). 3. A one-time resort fee ranging from $100.00 to $250 (per unit) plus a 4.712% Hawaii State Tax is applied to your reservation. 4. A deposit of $200.00 is payable within ten (10) days from booking to secure room. Balance paid in full thirty (30) days prior to arrival. 5. Damage deposit is required upon arrival via credit card, check, money order, or cash. The deposit will not be applied towards the balance. The deposit will be voided approximately three weeks from departure date, after the unit is cleaned, inventory taken, keys and gate card(s) returned. Cash damage deposits are returned one month after departure date. 6. Cancellations must be received fifteen (15) days prior to arrival for refund less $25.00 processing fee (per condo). Low season cancellation charges: fourteen (14) days to eight (8) days a one night charge, cancellations from seven (7) days to one (1) day prior to arrival will be a two night charge. High season cancellation fees: fourteen (14) days to eight (8) days is a two night charge; seven (7) days to one (1) day will be a three night charge. No refunds on cancellations on day of arrival, no-shows, or early checkouts. 7. Check-in is any time after 3:00 P.M. and check-out is by 11:00 A.M., (Varied Holdover Fees for Late Check-Outs).

Low Season Rates

Items Left Behind After Check-out Turtle Bay Condos will not be responsible for items left behind. A $25.00 service charge and COD costs are required if you request Turtle Bay Condos to pick up and mail items to you. Lock Out Policy If a visitor locks themselves out during their stay, they can borrow a key from our office. After business hours, there will be a $100.00 charge paid directly to the agent if the agent must meet you to give you a key. Long Distance Phone Calls All long distance phone calls must be put on a credit card/calling card. If any calls are found later on the owners account, there will be a $25.00 collection fee on top of the charges.

Messages And Mail Mail can be received and picked up at our office during regular office hours. We do not deliver mail or messages. Refunds Please report any equipment or appliance failures immediately. We will do our best to have the appliance repaired during your stay. There will be no refunds or rent reductions for any mechanical failure. There will also be no refunds or rent reductions for inclement weather, or storm doors that have to be placed for your safety during high surf. Housekeeping Service Housekeeping service is available during your stay at a minimum charge of $45.00, depending on your specific requests and the size of the unit. No housekeeping service is included in your rental cost except for the cleaning upon your departure. Family Groups Are Welcome The number of people occupying the unit must be disclosed at time of rental. If your group is larger than disclosed, parties will be required to vacate the property immediately with no refund. No house parties or wedding receptions are permitted. If a party is reported, you will be asked to vacate the premises without refund. Minimum Stay Requirements All properties offered by Turtle Bay Condos are subject to minimum stay requirements. All condominiums are 3 nights, with the exception of Christmas and over Christmas, the minimum stay is 7 nights. For Reservations Made Outside Of Turtle Bay Reservations made for condos outside of Turtle Bay, are subject to cancellation charges assessed by those properties if they exceed Turtle Bay Condos cancellation fees. We appreciate you following the above guidelines and hope you enjoy your stay. Changes in Reservations All reservation changes made after property is under deposit are subject to a $25.00 charge per change Misc: $10 per person per night for additional people over the number listed on the rate sheet.
